Making Life Better: Men's Collective
The Black Branch M.L.B. Men's Collective meets once per month and offers a safe space for men to gather and discuss coping with race-based discrimination, trauma, and life at no cost to you. As African American men there are factors specific to our lives which force us to encounter daily stressors, trauma, anxiety, and other aspects which shift our internal emotional standing. In an effort to build community and negate isolation The Black Branch offers this group free to those who register. It is possible for healing to happen in community, we welcome you to join ours. Make your Life Better one day at a time.

Recovery Support
Family
The Family Recovery Support Group bridges the gap between the individual recovery journey and the family. The recovery process requires a great deal of work on an individual level which can be confusing for the family unit. In an effort to support those in recovery and their families we offer this group as an informational hub, forwarding community, and creating space for understanding substance use dependency, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring mental health disorders. This group is free to the public for all who register. Registration can be found in our group services tab.
All group sessions are free and open to the public through registration.

You have to have the capacity &
the ability to take what people did, and how they did it, and FORGIVE them
and MOVE ON.
